Artigo31.org is a project that focuses on children's rights based on Article 31 of the UNICEF Convention on the Rights of the Child.

This project is based on the Master's Thesis of Dr. Carina Freire and aims to raise awareness about the adverse conditions in which children are living and growing up in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic
